Medicaid Specialist
Full-Time 
Waco, TX Job Summary
As the Medicaid Specialist, you will be responsible to stay up to date on changing Medicaid policies and apply for licensure on behalf of Cornerstone in markets across the United States. Additionally, you will be researching and learning how policies differ across city, county, and state lines and enrolling in programs in as many markets as would be advantageous for Cornerstone. Lastly, the Medicaid Specialist will step in and assist in re-enrollment in other licensure processes company wide.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer and manage Medicaid programs
- Determine eligibility and assist eligible beneficiaries with applications
- Stay updated on program policies and regulations and monitor compliance with program regulations
- Manage documentation and keep comprehensive records of claims and related documentation
- Process claims, verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents, and coordinate timely reimbursements
- Educate employees on Medicaid requirements including billing procedures and documentation guidelines
