Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for Operating Directors regarding all national partnerships
● Act as the liaison between Operating Directors and national partners to ensure clear communication, alignment, and execution of partnership expectations.
● Support Operating Directors during BOG (Boots on the Ground) week by coordinating and setting up all required administrative information related to partnerships.
● Gather, organize, and document all necessary information when launching new partnerships, ensuring alignment between the partner and Operating Directors.
● Lead and facilitate video calls with Operating Directors to review partnership details, implementation processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
● Provide training and guidance to Operating Directors on partnership execution and compliance with established procedures.
● Maintain, update, and improve Standard Operating Procedures as needed to reflect process improvements, operational changes, or new partnership requirements.
● Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of partnership details, deliverables, and timelines.
● Proactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to strengthen partnership execution.
● Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth rollout, communication, and ongoing management of partnerships.
● Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams
● Track adoption metrics and report insights
Required Skills:
● Experience in enablement, training, or operations
● Strong facilitation and communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple initiatives
● Comfort working cross-functionally
● Healthcare or multi-site operations experience preferred
