Cornerstone Caregiving is hiring an experienced caregiver for a client in Millersburg who requires full hands-on assistance.

If you are confident providing personal care, understand safe transfer techniques, and have experience using a Hoyer lift and gait belt, we would love to talk with you. CNAs and experienced caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply!   

Schedule   

Tuesdays and Thursdays | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM   

Flexible scheduling available. This is a great opportunity for caregivers looking for steady, part-time hours to add to their schedule.   

What You’ll Be Doing   

This client requires a caregiver who is comfortable and confident providing full hands-on care, including:   

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Personal and hygiene care

Safe transfers and mobility assistance   

Proper use of a Hoyer lift   

Proper use of a gait belt   

Repositioning and mobility support   

Maintaining client dignity, comfort, and safety   

Providing dependable, compassionate one-on-one care   

Who We’re Looking For   

We’re looking for someone who understands that great caregiving is both skill and heart.   

Ideal candidates will have:   

Previous hands-on caregiving experience   

Experience safely operating a Hoyer lift   

Knowledge of gait belt and safe transfer practices   

Confidence providing personal care and ADL assistance   

Dependable attendance and reliable transportation   

Strong communication skills   

A patient, compassionate, and professional approach   

CNA experience is highly encouraged, but certification is not required for experienced caregivers who meet the skill requirements.   

$100 Sign-On Bonus   

Earn a $100 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 20 shifts within your first 60 days with no call-offs.
