We start by identifying the right leader. Once an Operating Director is selected, we work with their timeline to establish a start date. Our office launch team will ensure you have the tools needed to successfully get your office operational.
Operating Directors have a dedicated team supporting you at every step. We provide thorough industry training during onboarding, ongoing assistance with facets of operations for your office, and a dedicated consultant for guidance on best practices. We also provide a generous budget for marketing and employee relations.
Every day is different, however you can expect your week to heavily consist of in-person marketing visits, assessments for potential clients, staffing caregivers, and scheduling shifts.
We have successful Directors with a broad range of professional backgrounds. We are looking for driven, compassionate individuals with grit and who have a proven track record of working autonomously.
Operating Directors are given a clear set of Key Performance Indicators during onboarding for themselves and their office. Metrics are measured on a weekly basis.
