In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client and caregiver relationships, processing paperwork, and overseeing the recruitment and training of caregivers. Additionally, you’ll rotate on-call responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations and support for our clients and caregivers around the clock. Each office is led by an Operating Director who is responsible for marketing, in-home assessments, and managing the office staff. As the office grows, we hire managers to oversee the scheduling, recruiting, administrative, and caregiver management duties. An office can contain 1-8 full-time employees based on size and tenure.
With a comprehensive onboarding schedule, you can be sure you are given the resources you need to be successful. Your Operating Director will provide a basic overview on systems and procedures, while our corporate office provides targeted training specific to each of your responsibilities. Additionally, you have regular calls with other managers from across the country to continue your professional development.
With clients and caregivers coming in and out of the office on a daily basis, we ask that all employees dress business casual in order to present a professional appearance to anyone who visits the office.
