Delaney Fields is passionate about allowing families to focus on being family while Cornerstone handles the caregiving. Deeply committed to serving the San Diego community, Delaney feels privileged to offer quality and reliable care to those in need. With a strong background in advocacy, sales management, and restaurant management, Delaney brings a well-rounded skill set to her role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Public Health from San Diego State and additional degrees and certifications from Lane Community College.

Having experienced firsthand the profound impact of in-home caregiving during her grandmother’s final years, Delaney understands the importance of compassionate, reliable support. This personal connection drives her dedication to ensuring Cornerstone Caregiving provides only the best for each family they serve.
