Hello, I’m Zemi Bertonneau. I have devoted more than 26 years to healthcare, with over two decades in hospice as well as experience working in the direct personal care and assisted living fields, giving me a compassionate and well-rounded perspective on the needs of patients, seniors and their families. I have also personally walked alongside my own family members, helping them navigate their healthcare journeys, which deepens my understanding and commitment to the families I serve. As a strong patient advocate with a faith-centered approach to service, I am passionate about helping families feel confident, supported, and cared for during every stage of their journey. I believe every client deserves dignity, respect, and exceptional care. It is my honor to serve families throughout Ontario and the neighboring communities.
