We deliver excellent support in just four easy steps
We simplify this complicated time of life with our compassionate, comfortable, top-quality care. Let us put you and your loved one at ease.
We listen first
Our team recognizes the complexities of the challenges that come with aging. At Cornerstone Caregiving, we are proud to offer personalized care that’s within reach. You can start right away with a phone call to your local office, where a team member will listen to you first, and tell you about our care options second.
We meet face to face
After your initial phone call, our Operating Director will schedule a free in-home assessment to meet everyone involved, and craft a care plan for your loved one. Our Operating Directors are compassionate and knowledgeable, and will walk you through the process of getting care from Cornerstone Caregiving.
We can start right away
You run the show; you set the schedule. You can start and stop at any time. We set a care date at the end of your first meeting and can generally start within 24 hours!
Care begins
Operating Directors come along with your caregiver for the first care visit to make sure that everything gets off to a smooth start. After this first visit, you and your loved ones will be in good hands with our friendly, helpful care team.
Help is on the way
Here are just a few of the ways our caregivers can help. During our free in‑home assessment we will customize a care plan for your loved one.
