The Procurement Specialist will identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline vendor relationships, and ensure we are purchasing the right items at the right price—without compromising quality or values.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities across multiple departments, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement
- Represent Cornerstone Caregiving professionally in all vendor interactions
- Evaluate existing vendor relationships and explore new opportunities for cost savings and service improvements
- Ask the tough questions—challenge processes and vendors when necessary to ensure we’re making the best decisions and getting the best price/value for the company
- Identify inefficiencies across the organization and propose procurement-based solutions
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand departmental needs and support strategic sourcing
- Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Prior procurement or purchasing experience (especially in healthcare or service-oriented industries)
- Experience negotiating vendor contracts and pricing
- Comfortable working with data, contracts, and internal budgets
