Job Summary

As our Director of Management Recruiting, you will lead and oversee our managerial recruitment team. You will lead the team, which is tasked with sourcing, attracting, and hiring our managerial-level talent for our offices nationwide. This role will combine managerial duties and recruitment responsibilities to support our Operating Directors. Your team will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates for the management roles for all our locations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Team Leadership: Setting goals, providing guidance, mentoring team members, and ensuring that the team meets its recruitment targets.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies specifically tailored to attract managerial-level candidates.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Overseeing the sourcing and screening process for managerial candidates.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conducting interviews and participating in the selection process for managerial candidates in addition to making recommendations to Operating Director
  • Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the managerial recruitment team. This includes creating and tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: you will have a budget to use to motivate, reward, and incentivize your team to continue a work of excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong and efficient communication skills required.
  • Teachable, fast learner.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
  • Resilient and ready to learn with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
