Field Development Specialist – West Coast
Job Summary
Field Development Specialist – East Coast support the growth and launch of new non-medical home care offices nationwide by training Operating Directors on best marketing practices, setting up new offices efficiently, and providing tailored feedback to adapt to various markets. If you have strong relationship-building skills, strategic planning abilities, and are willing to travel nationwide, join us to help expand our exceptional care services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Travel to every new Cornerstone Caregiving office nationwide within the first 13 weeks of launch.
- Develop and execute marketing strategy alongside Operating Director in addition to independent marketing
- Attend quarterly and annual training in person.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong and efficient communication skills are required.
- Must be skilled in technology to learn and train on CRMs, phone systems, and scheduling systems.
- Preferred experience in home care, hospice, home health, or senior living communities.
- Teachable, fast learner.
