Job Summary

The Field Performance Consultant supports Operating Directors (ODs) who need focused coaching to meet Cornerstone Caregiving’s standards. This role leads the A.S.P.I.R.E. program (Accountability, Strategy, and Performance Improvement for Results and Excellence), guiding ODs through structured coaching, accountability, and development. The Field Performance Consultant also plays a proactive role in assessing OD performance across offices, identifying those who may require ASPIRE, and making recommendations based on objective metrics and performance trends. Build out the ASPIRE program and identify opportunities to refine and improve current systems and practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assess OD performance against company standards, identifying when an ASPIRE program may be warranted.
  • Recommend placement into the ASPIRE program by reviewing growth, compliance, leadership approach, client and caregiver satisfaction, and financial metrics.
  • Coach and mentor ODs enrolled in the ASPIRE program, focusing on accountability, growth, and operational excellence.
  • Define performance expectations clearly and break them into achievable daily and weekly actions.
  • Monitor progress toward recruiting, marketing, leadership development, community reception, compliance, and financial goals.
  • Provide consistent coaching conversations and document performance progress.
  • Collaborate with Field Consultants and Home Base leadership to align on expectations and outcomes.
  • Recommend program next steps (graduation, continuation, or escalation) based on progress.

Required Skills

  • Leadership or coaching experience in home care, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of operational performance standards and OD responsibilities.
  • Ability to assess performance data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective action plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance accountability and support.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple ODs simultaneously.
  • Skilled in coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
