Leasing Agent
Job Summary
As a Leasing Agent, you will report to and assist the Director of Office Launch in acquiring office spaces
across the country for each of our locations. The Leasing Agent’s primary responsibilities will be renewing leases, setting up new locations with an office space, negotiating leases, and terminating leases when
necessary. The Leasing Agent will also help with other needs within the Operations team such as launching
offices, insurance, and legal documentation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Effectively and consistently communicate with agents, brokers and landlords to secure leases
- Connect with local directors to tour and approve the selected space
- Negotiate leases on behalf of the company
- Track and manage termination dates for leases
- Negotiate with landlords to end leases early when necessary
- Provide support with new office tasks as necessary
- Initiate insurance changes for renewal office spaces
- Administrative organization of insurance paperwork
- Respond and troubleshoot needs coming to the real estate and operations email
- Provide general operational and administrative support to Director of Office Launch
- Find virtual offices for purpose of beginning legal procedure for licensure
- Assist the Office Launch team in corporate trainings and events

- Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to present in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media competency
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
