Management Recruiter
Job Summary
As a Management Recruiter on our corporate team here in Waco, Texas, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for management roles in any of our 250+ offices, primarily via Indeed. You will conduct first-round interviews in the form of phone calls or video calls and prepare candidate profiles to send to the Operating Director. Ultimately, the responsibility of the Management Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and utilize several sources to attract candidates
- Communicate with hiring managers to establish the desired qualifications and skills necessary for each hire
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications; contact applicants via email to schedule phone screenings
- Screen candidates for management and administrative positions in Cornerstone Caregiving offices across the United States
- Coordinate the onboarding process of new hires by communicating necessary information to the Operations Team
- Collaborate with Management Recruiting Team, Director of Business Development, and Field Team on various projects
