Scheduling Manager
Job Summary
Are you an adaptable and detail-oriented professional looking to work in a growing company? Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. We aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across the United States. You will be managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
- Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
- On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of experience in medical or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient computer skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to clear required background check
