Senior Bookkeeper – Team Lead
Job Summary
As a Senior Bookkeeper-Remote Team Lead, you will join an established team to manage your own set of location financials. You will manage, supervise, and train the remote bookkeepers that report to you.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise, train, and manage remote bookkeeper team
- Review financial transactions for accuracy and input transactions into the correct ledger
- Reconcile bank and other accounts
- Pay vendors as they come due
- Make deposits and record all cash receipts
- Process company payroll and weekly invoices
- Work through aged accounts receivables
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, degree in relevant field preferred
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to clear required background check
