Systems Trainer

Job Summary

The Systems Trainer is responsible for ensuring employees are effectively trained and proficient across the company’s technology stack. This role serves as the bridge between operations, technology, and external vendors—driving adoption, improving system utilization, and ensuring the organization stays informed and prepared for system updates, changes, and outages. The ideal candidate is both a strong communicator and a systems thinker who can translate technical functionality into practical, day-to-day application.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver training programs for all core systems across the organization.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and tailor training accordingly.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on system functionality and best practices.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external system vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor communication, support, and escalations.
  • Partner with operations, IT, and leadership to align systems training with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with a combination of education/experience; and minimum of two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting
  • Valid drivers license
  • Valid state required proof of auto insurance.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with multiple software platforms or enterprise systems
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience in vendor management or cross-functional collaboration preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
