Talent Acquistion Specialist
Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing Operating Directors. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best leaders nationwide while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Attend and participate in bi-weekly OD Team Meetings virtually.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong and efficient communication skills required.
- Teachable, fast learner.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Resilient and ready to learn with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
