Full-Time Job Summary
As the Top Gun Recruiter at Cornerstone Caregiving, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring the most talented young professionals from across the nation for our Top Gun Program. You will assist our Top Gun Program Manager with
the end-to-end process of the Program, ensuring that candidates undergo a comprehensive training experience and emerge ready to take on the responsibilities of an Operating Director within Cornerstone Caregiving.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Travel to collegiate job fairs to present Cornerstone’s Top Gun Program to students and evaluate talent for the Program
- Conduct interviews of Top Gun candidates and collaborate with Top Gun Program Manager
- Guide nation’s top young professional talent through Top Gun Program in preparation for them to be an Operating Director
- Assist Director of Top Gun Program with administrative and recruitment tasks
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within a recruitment or talent acquisition environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms (ZoomInfo, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics
