Job Description:
We’re looking to add a driven and teachable Operational Talent Specialist to our corporate team. Cornerstone is constantly expanding and starting new offices across the country, and the first step in establishing an office is finding the right Director in that area. The next step is to hire the in-office operational leadership. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for internal leadership roles in any of our 400+ offices, primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn. You will conduct first-round interviews in the form of phone calls or video calls and prepare candidate profiles to send to 2nd round interviews. Ultimately, the responsibility of the Operational Talent Specialist is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best leadership to anchor all operations and management of our offices.
Job Responsibilities and Reporting Structure:
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and utilize several sources to attract candidates
- Communicate with Operating Directors and candidates to establish the desired qualifications and skills necessary for each hire
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications; contact applicants via email to schedule phone screenings
- Screen candidates for management and administrative positions in Cornerstone Caregiving offices across the United States
- Connect 2nd rounds with qualified candidates by sharing the candidate’s resume, score card, contact information, and a brief overview of their experience and qualifications
- Track metrics including messages sent, screenings scheduled, candidates moved forward in the pipeline, hires, etc.
- Monitor traction on job postings
- Begin background check process on candidates being offered employment
- Coordinate the onboarding process of new hires by communicating necessary information to the Operations Team
- Collaborate with the Operational Talent Team, OD Talent Team and Field Team on various projects

- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
