I just cannot say thank you enough to the girls that come and help us with the caregiving for my 92-year-old mother. they are so kind to her and look after her every need while they are here. The first time we met the girls, we talked about what I would like to have them do while they are at our home, with my main concern being my mom. Since the very first day, they have done what I have asked and even take the initiative to do things that they see need to be done without my having to ask them. they will even ask, “would you like me to do such and such while I’m here?” Yes, please!! Cornerstone caregiving has been helpful to me and my dad who is a veteran. I have to work full time and through the VA we have brought some help in a few times a from Cornerstone caregiving. The caregivers come to help with his chores and meals and they also provide companionship so he’s not constantly alone every single day. Barbara has been the main caregiver for my dad and we really like her. My dad is comfortable with her and she’s also proven to be trustworthy, kind, patient and dependable. It’s helpful to know that I’m not alone making sure my dad’s health is the best that it can be and thank you to Cornerstone and Barbara for making that happen as well.

We have had caregivers from Cornerstone since January 2026 and found the staff of Cornerstone generally friendly and helpful. My husband is a big, heavy man and I should have been more forceful in requesting an experienced and strong person from the beginning. I never felt comfortable enough to run errands and leave my husband with the caregivers. In May Cornerstone sent us Riley. I can’t say enough good things about her! Starting with her experience, knowledge, her cheerful and vey caring personality, and ending with her cleanliness. I never have to show or ask her to do anything – she just knows what to do and does it! Also, my husband has Parkinson’s. Due to that he lost his mobility – had become very withdrawn, almost depressed. Riley engages him in lively conversations, exercises with him, tells him stories… My husband has actually become stronger and is enjoying life again! And so do I !!! I can now leave the house going shopping without having to hurry, going to physical therapy, go to a hairstylist or even having lunch with a friend knowing my husband is in very good hands and trusting Riley completely!
