Cornerstone Caregiving provides in-home senior care in Burlington, VT, and surrounding communities, including South Burlington, Winooski, Essex Junction and Shelburne. We help older adults remain in their own homes, with care that can change as their needs change.
For some families, elder care means having someone visit a few times a week to prepare meals, help around the house or provide companionship. Others need assistance with bathing, dressing or getting to appointments. We also care for people living with Alzheimer’s or dementia and can give family caregivers time to rest. Visits can be scheduled for a few hours, overnight or around the clock, with no hourly minimums.
Inviting a caregiver into your home is a personal decision. That’s why we work to send the same caregiver each visit, giving your loved one a chance to build a relationship with someone familiar. Our caregivers are Cornerstone employees, not contractors. Each has at least a year of experience, undergoes a federal background check, and is bonded and insured.
Our local Operating Director can visit your home for a free, no-obligation assessment. We accept private pay and VA benefits for eligible veterans, but not Medicare or Medicaid. Schedule an assessment to talk through your family’s options.
