One of my first jobs in college was as an aide at an assisted living facility, and I fell in love with the work, the patients, and the community. After graduating from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI in 2019, I worked in and managed three traumatic brain injury assisted living homes, then moved into medical sales with GE Healthcare and HealthStream. In 2022 I relocated to Nashville, TN, where I opened and operated a home care company. Preparing for “what’s next” when a loved one needs extra assistance can be frustrating and overwhelming, and I’ve always had a passion for helping families through those difficult moments.

That passion comes from experience of my own. I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age four, so I understand firsthand how complex and overwhelming the healthcare system can be — and how much it matters to have someone guiding you through it. My grandparents also required caregivers for daily living tasks, and because they were such a large part of my life, I held those caregivers to a high standard. Those same standards are the foundation of my office here in Columbia, TN, a community that reminds me of my hometown and has welcomed me from the start. My mission is simple: to be a trusted resource for local families and to care for every client as if they were my own family.
