Over the years, I’ve had the chance to lead amazing teams and create systems that make life a little easier for the people around me. I bring experience in operations and leadership, but what really matters to me is creating a culture of trust, respect, and compassion. I believe the best outcomes come when people feel heard, supported, and empowered to do good work that makes a difference.

Sharing your personal experience:
I’m a mom to a sweet, curious four-year-old, a wife, and a daughter and those roles shape everything I do. Life is busy, beautiful and humbling. Watching my parents age has brought so much perspective. It’s made me want to slow down, be present, and make sure the work I’m doing reflects the values I hold dear: family, service, and community.
