Cornerstone Caregiving provides non-medical home care on Hilton Head Island and in nearby communities, including Bluffton, Beaufort and Hardeeville. Whether you live nearby or are arranging care for a parent from out of town, we can help your loved one get the support they need to remain at home.

Some older adults need companion care: someone to spend time with them, prepare meals, help with housekeeping or provide transportation. Others need personal care, including help with bathing, dressing and moving around the home. We also provide dementia home care and can support families alongside hospice or palliative care providers. Visits can be arranged for a few hours, overnight or around the clock, with no hourly minimums.

Finding the right caregiver is especially important when you can’t always be there yourself. Our caregivers are Cornerstone employees, not contractors. Each has at least a year of experience, undergoes a federal background check, and is bonded and insured. We also work to provide the same caregiver for each visit, so your loved one can get comfortable with someone familiar.
