Hi, I’m Karen, and I’m proud to serve as the Operating Director of our Cornerstone Caregiving location.

Caring for others has always been part of who I am. I grew up with a mom who was a nurse and a dad who served as an Army veteran, so compassion, service, and showing up for people were just a normal part of life from an early age. That foundation led me into healthcare in 2011, and I’ve been passionate about it ever since.

My perspective on care is also personal. Having walked through caregiving for my husband, Bill, I understand firsthand the emotions, challenges, and decisions families face. It’s not just about finding help—it’s about finding someone you can truly trust.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in leadership roles and startup environments, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both the clinical side of care and the real-life needs of families. I’m committed to making the process feel easier, more personal, and more supportive for every family we serve.

Opening this location is incredibly meaningful to me because it allows me to build real relationships within the community and be a trusted resource when people need it most.
