Hello, my name is Lillia Taschuk, and I am the new Operating Director at Cornerstone Caregiving in Raleigh, North Carolina. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, I have had the privilege of clinically training over 6,000 surgeons, doctors, and nurses at renowned institutions such as Duke, UNC, Prisma, Atrium, and WakeMed. My focus has always been on wound care, medical devices, and infection prevention, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the importance of improving patient care, outcomes, and staff compliance.

This industry holds a special place in my heart. Having the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives by providing compassionate and personalized care is something I am deeply passionate about. The Raleigh location, in particular, is dear to me as it represents a community that values kindness, empathy, and support.

On a personal note, I recently cared for my aging grandfather who had dementia for five years before he left this earth. This experience profoundly deepened my understanding of the importance of compassionate and personalized care. It taught me the need to hire and train the right caregivers, and to match patients with caregivers who can provide the best possible support.

I am committed to ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and that their needs are met with the utmost respect and professionalism. My extensive professional and personal experiences make me uniquely equipped to understand and address the challenges faced by our clients and their families.
