To me, this work is deeply personal because it is about serving others with compassion, consistency, and heart.

This location means home, community, and connection. Richmond and the surrounding areas are filled with families who value hard work, relationships, and showing up for one another. Being able to serve this community is meaningful because these are the people, families, and neighbors who deserve dependable care close to home.

My background in sales, marketing, operations, and relationship-building has prepared me to lead with both strategy and service. I understand how to build trust, communicate clearly, solve problems, and create systems that support both families and caregivers. I also know that excellence is not just about promises. It is about follow-through, responsiveness, and doing what you say you will do.

On a personal level, I understand how important it is for families to feel confident about who is caring for the people they love most. As a full time working mom, and one who is caregiver to my father as someone who values family deeply, and as someone who believes in showing up for others, I know care is never just a service. It is personal. Families want to know their loved one will be treated with kindness, patience, and respect, and that matters to me.

People should trust me because I genuinely care, I take responsibility seriously, and I am committed to doing this the right way. I believe trust is earned through honesty, consistency, and results. Families can count on me to listen, to communicate, and to work hard to provide care that reflects the standards I would want for my own family.
