My name is Alyssa Sabotka, OTR/L, MSOT, and I am proud to serve as the Operating Director for Cornerstone Caregiving in Rutland, Vermont. Born and raised in this community, I am deeply committed to leading with purpose, integrity, and compassion while giving back to the place that shaped me. As an Occupational Therapist, I have spent years empowering individuals to regain independence and guiding families and care teams through thoughtful, long-term planning. My leadership is grounded in professionalism, accountability, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of our most vulnerable populations. At Cornerstone Caregiving, we provide highly individualized services—including veteran care, palliative and hospice care, post-surgery support, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, mobility assistance, and help with activities of daily living—tailoring care plans to each client.
