Hi, I’m Sarah, and serving families in South Chicago is deeply personal to me.

I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when a loved one needs help at home — the questions, the uncertainty, and the pressure families feel to “get it right.” Families don’t just need services — they need reassurance, honesty, and someone who truly listens. That is what this industry means to me: showing up with compassion while delivering care families can confidently rely on.

With over eight years in healthcare leadership, I’ve supported families through hospital transitions, chronic illness, and major life changes that require both clinical awareness and emotional support. My experience has taught me that quality care is never just about completing tasks — it’s about preserving dignity, protecting independence, and honoring the life someone has built.

South Chicago is built on strong families and resilient communities. Serving Beverly, Hyde Park, Evergreen Park, and the surrounding neighborhoods is especially meaningful to me because these are communities where relationships matter and trust is earned through consistency and follow-through. As Operating Director, I am committed to leading with heart, integrity, and accountability in every interaction.

Cornerstone stood out to me because of its servant-hearted culture and its commitment to doing things the right way — not the easy way. I am proud to lead a team that treats every client like family and approaches care with both professionalism and genuine compassion.
