Our team recognizes the complexities of the challenges that come with aging. For this reason, Cornerstone is proud to offer personalized care that’s within reach. You can start right away with a phone call to your local office, where a team member will listen to you first, and tell you about our care options second. We schedule your calls and meetings with ease, bringing dignity to you and your loved ones by providing an adaptable, uncomplicated care process from start to finish.
After your initial phone call, a care manager will schedule an in-home assessment to meet everyone involved, and carefully craft a care plan for your loved one. Our care managers are compassionate and knowledgeable, and will walk you through the process of getting care from Cornerstone.
You run the show; you set the schedule. With Cornerstone, you can start and stop at any time. Because our customers are self-pay, there is no insurance paperwork to hold up the process. We can set a care date at the end of your first meeting! You are free to cancel your agreement with Cornerstone at any time, we just ask that you give us 24-hour notice.
Our care manager will come along with your caregiver for the first care visit to make sure that everything gets off to a smooth start. After this first visit, you and your loved ones will be in good hands with our friendly, helpful, professional caregivers.
