Hello, my name is James “Chip” Wheat, and I’m honored to serve as the Operating Director at our Asheville, North Carolina location. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and sales, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in many areas—but it was in home care that I truly found my passion.

For me, this work is personal. I believe everyone deserves to feel supported, respected, and cared for, and I’m committed to making sure each client receives the highest quality of care possible. I also take great pride in building strong, dedicated teams and creating an environment where both our caregivers and the families we serve feel valued and supported.

It’s incredibly meaningful to be part of the Asheville community and to serve families across Western North Carolina. I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
