How Our Pricing Works

We design our care plans so you always know what you’re paying for — and never face hidden fees or surprise charges.

Unlike some providers, we don’t increase your hourly rate based on the number of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) your loved one requires. Whether support means companionship, help with meals, or more advanced personal care, your cost per hour remains consistent. You pay for time, not task lists ensuring fairness, transparency, and dignity in every visit.

Standard Hourly Care

Our base hourly rate is designed for families who need ongoing support of four or more hours at a time. This is our most common and cost-effective option.

(2-3 Hours)

Short Hourly Care

Short visits are available for families who need a smaller window of support. Because of the additional scheduling logistics, short hourly care is billed at a higher rate than standard care.

(1 Hour)

Single Hour Care

For families needing a single hour of service, we offer this flexible option. It is billed at a premium rate to reflect the convenience of short-term scheduling.

Couples Care

When care is needed for two loved ones at the same time, our Couples Care rate applies.

Standard Couples Care (4+ Hours) – Based on 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Short Couples Care (2–3 Hours) – Adjusted to reflect additional caregiver support.

COVID-Positive Care

If care is required for a COVID-positive client, our team provides this essential service at a specialized rate that accounts for added precautions, protective equipment, and staffing.

Standard COVID+ Care (4+ Hours) – Determined based on your local market.
COVID+ Couples Care (4+ Hours) – Adjusted to reflect additional caregiver needs.

Additional Considerations

Mileage: If a caregiver uses their own vehicle to drive on behalf of a client, mileage is billed at a flat per-mile rate. If using the client’s vehicle, no mileage is billed.
Overtime & Holidays: Any overtime hours or holiday shifts are billed at time-and-a-half, ensuring our caregivers are fairly compensated while keeping pricing transparent.
Full-Day Definition: A full day of care is defined as midnight to midnight, so you always know how your care hours are calculated.

How much does in-home care cost?

Yes. Unlike flat monthly rates at facilities, home care allows families to pay only for the hours of care they need.

Do you charge for assessments or contracts?

Yes. To support our caregivers working on major holidays, time-and-a-half rates apply.
